THAT the minutes from the February 18, 2020 Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting be approved.

THAT the Procedural Orientation presentation be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Anthony Frisina regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Kristine Carey regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Robert Murphy regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Linda Hunt regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Terry Hannam regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Heidi Nabert regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Frank Woodcock regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Bob Taylor regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Deanna Davidson regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the procedural bylaw be waived by 2/3 majority to allow the Chair to read letters she has received regarding the trail paving project.

THAT the letters regarding the Waterford Trail Paving Project be received as information.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee support the request for an accessible parking space to be installed along Alice Street between Wellington Street and St. James Street South, and provides a recommendation to Council for the parking space to be installed in front of brewery adjacent to its ramp that is closest to Wellington Street.

THAT the Information Memo regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information; AND FURTHER THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee provide feedback to Norfolk County Council on the Waterford Heritage Trail relating to the consultation requirements under the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), Design of Public Spaces Standard, Recreational Trails and Beach Access Routes.

THAT the procedural bylaw be waived by 2/3 majority to allow for reconsideration of resolution 16.

THAT the Information Memo regarding the Waterford Heritage Trail Paving Project be received as information; AND FURTHER THAT following public consultation, the Accessibility Advisory Committee meet again on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 to provide feedback to Norfolk County Council on the Waterford Heritage Trail relating to the consultation requirements under the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), Design of Public Spaces Standard, Recreational Trails and Beach Access Routes.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee approve the following Committee meeting dates:  Wed, Oct 5th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Wed. Dec. 7th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting be adjourned at 3:27 p.m.
