THAT the agenda be approved as presented.

THAT the NCPL Board adopts the Minutes of the March 27, 2024 Board meeting as presented.

THAT NCPL Operations Monitoring Report March 2024 #24-04-01 be received for information; AND THAT the Library Board approve the report as presented.

THAT NCPL Standardization of RFID Security Gates Report #24-04-03 be received as information; AND THAT the NCPL Board approves by resolution to accept the recommendation to standardize the RFID Security Gate assets across the system with each new or replacement opportunity.

THAT NCPL Sole Source Supply Report #24-04-04 be received for information; AND THAT Report #24-04-04 be approved for Sole Source Supply for library RFID security gates.

THAT FN-04 - Intellectual Freedom Policy be approved.

THAT FN-05 - Respect and Acknowledgement Declaration Policy be approved as amended.

THAT GOV-01 - Code of Conduct for Library Board Members Policy be approved.

THAT GOV-08 - Board-CEO Partnership Policy be approved.

THAT HR-01 - Human Resources Management Policy be approved.

THAT OP-01 - Privacy, Access to Information and Electronic Messages under CASL Policy be approved.

THAT FN-01 - Mission Statement Policy be rescinded.

THAT FN-02 - Vision Statement Policy be rescinded.

THAT FN-03 - Statement of Values Policy be rescinded.

THAT LIB-16 - Logo and Promotional Material Policy be rescinded.

THAT LIB-19 - Gaming Policy be rescinded.

THAT By-law 2024-04LIB being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Norfolk County Library Board at this Regular Board Meeting held on the 24th day of April 2024 be approved.

THAT the meeting adjourn at 5:52 p.m.
