THAT the agenda be approved as amended to add item 8.2 to the agenda.

THAT the minutes of the Telecommunications Advisory Committee meeting of January 27, 2022 be approved as presented.

THAT the verbal update provided by Brent Wallace, Director of Information Technology, be received as information.

THAT the discussion regarding Norfolk County Internet Speed be received as information.

THAT discussion regarding Public Access to Wi-Fi and Charging Stations in Public Spaces be received as information; AND THAT Staff be requested to provide a list of public facilities that have Wi-Fi available to the public.

THAT the discussion regarding Proposed Legislative Amendments to the Building Broadband Faster Act be received as information.

THAT the Information Memo regarding Advisory Committee Recommendations to Council be received as information; AND THAT staff be requested to review any previous recommendation to Council requiring staff resourcing that did not get prior action and bring the Advisory Committee recommendation back to Committee for their re- submission to Council for consideration.

THAT the discussion regarding Starlink availability in Norfolk County be received as information.

THAT the Information Memo regarding the proposed Committee meeting dates and times be received as information; AND THAT the proposed dates and times of Telecommunications Advisory Committee meetings be approved.

THAT the Telecommunications Advisory Committee be adjourned at 5:08 p.m.
