THAT the appointment of a Committee Chair be

THAT the agenda be approved with the following amendments:  Add Agenda Item 8.1. Discussion Re: Port Rowan/South Walsingham Heritage Association.

THAT the December 12, 2022 Heritage Advisory Committee minutes be approved.

THAT the presentation provided by Aren Plante, Committee Coordinator, regarding Committee Orientation be received as information.

THAT the Committee defer Agenda Item 7.1. Discussion Re: VanNorman- Guiler-Smale Property Heritage Permit to the March 27, 2023 Committee meeting in order for additional research to be conducted on the VanNorman-Guiler-Smale Property; AND THAT if a site visit to the VanNorman-Guiler-Smale Property is required, the consultant be invited to attend to respond to questions of Committee.

THAT the Governor Simcoe Square Heritage Permit be approved.

THAT the update regarding Lynnwood Gazebo be received as information.

THAT the update regarding the Joint-Heritage Committee Gathering be received as information.

THAT Agenda Item 7.4 Update Re: Places of Worship Committee be

THAT the next meeting be schedule for March 27, 2023 at 9:30 p.m.

THAT the meeting be adjourned at 11:25 p.m.
