THAT the agenda be approved as amended to add under Reports Friends of the Library Port Dover Chapter Report #26-03-04.

THAT the NCPL Board adopts the Minutes of the February 25, 2026 Board meeting as presented.

THAT the NCPL Board Report Operations Monitoring February 2026 #26-03-01 be received for information.

THAT NCPL Delivering Value in a Changing Environment: Library Performance and Service Trends 2018–2025 Report # 26-03-02 be received for information.

THAT NCPL Report #26-03-03 be received as information; AND THAT the Board approves allocation of $30,000 from the Donation Reserve of the pre-approved $80,000 Report #25-08-03 to complete seating and workspace accessibility improvements at the Simcoe Branch, as identified through the recent Accessibility Audit.

THAT the following Board Trustee be appointed to the following Board Committees: Policy Development and Review: Lisa Marr

THAT all meetings of the NCPL Board be held at the NCPL Simcoe Branch, 46 Colborne Street, in the large meeting room, for the remainder of the current term.

THAT By-law 2026-03 LIB being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Norfolk County Library Board at this Regular Board Meeting held on the 25th day of March 2026 be approved.
