THAT the agenda be approved as amended to add item 7.3.

THAT the January 19, 2022, Agricultural Advisory Board minutes be approved as presented.

THAT the presentation by Brandon Sloan, General Manager of Community Development, regarding options for utilizing bunkhouses during offseason be received as information; AND THAT the Board nominates Chair Zamecnik to join the Short Term Rental Study.

THAT Dustin Zamecnik be elected Chair of the Norfolk County Agricultural Advisory Board for a term ending November 24, 2022.

THAT Hayden Dooney be elected Vice-Chair of the Norfolk County Agricultural Advisory Board for a term ending November 24, 2022.

THAT the presentation by Fabian Serra, Planner and Jennifer Catarino, Senior Planner, regarding Land Evaluation Area Review (LEAR) Study be received as information.

THAT the Agricultural Advisory Board summary position in response to the Forestry By-Law Review be received as amended and forwarded to Norfolk County Council for their consideration.

THAT the Information Memo regarding Advisory Committee Recommendations to Council be received as information.

THAT the Director of Roads be requested to provide guidelines to the agricultural community on road entrances and permitting requirements for the next scheduled meeting.

THAT the Information Memo regarding the proposed Board meeting dates and times be received as information; AND THAT the proposed dates and times of Agricultural Advisory Board meetings be approved.

THAT the meeting be adjourned at 11:01 A.M.
