THAT the agenda be approved as presented.

THAT the NCPL Board adopts the Minutes of the March 22, 2023 Board meeting as presented.

THAT NCPL Report #23-04-01 be received for information; AND THAT the Library Board approve the report as presented.

THAT NCPL Report #23-04-02 be received for information; AND THAT the Library Board approve the report as presented.

THAT NCPL Report #23-04-06 be received for information; AND THAT Report #23-04-06 be approved as amended to change the word expulsion to removal in the Appendix - Statement of Respect.

THAT HR-02 Staff Selection and Assignment be approved.

THAT HR-04 - Vacation, Public Holidays and Leave be approved.

Schyndel THAT HR-05 - Compensation & Benefits be approved as amended.

THAT FN-06 - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility Policy be approved.

THAT OP-04 - Code of Conduct (Public) Policy be approved.

THAT OP-08 - Meeting Rooms Policy be approved as amended.

THAT OP-21 - Donations Policy be approved.

THAT NCPL Report #23-07 be received for information; AND THAT the Library Board direct the CEO to suspend pursuing charitable status at this time. AND THAT the CEO continue working with various stakeholders, experts, and the municipality to establish a discretionary reserve fund.

THAT NCPL Report #23-08 be received for information; AND THAT the Library Board approve the Finance Committee’s revised Terms of Reference as presented.

THAT NCPL Report #23-04-04 be received for information; AND THAT the Library Board approve the report as presented.

THAT the meeting adjourn at 6:06pm.

THAT HR-05 - Compensation & Benefits be approved as amended.
