THAT the agenda be approved as presented.

That the AAB recommend to County Council to bring forward the concerns related to on-farm septic system practices to the new Minister and that Council continue to advocate for changes related to this matter; AND THAT the AAB request staff provide an update and presentation related to Road Entrance Permits at the next AAB regular meeting; AND THAT the AAB recommend to County Council to consider implementing a by-law related to the importation of excess soil from other jurisdictions; AND FURTHER THAT based on the ruling in the Norfolk Cherry appeal for lot relocation, that the AAB recommend to County Council that Norfolk County include lot swaps in their next Official Plan amendments.
