THAT the March 23, 2022 Police Services Board Minutes be approved as presented.

THAT the presentation provided by Mike King, Director of Engineering, regarding Stop Sign Locations and Devin Hunter, Director of Roads, regarding speed tracking signs be received as information.

THAT the presentation provided by Police Chief Johnson regarding Friday the 13th Port Dover Update be received as information.

THAT the following items be received as information: 7.1 Ontario Provincial Police Norfolk County Detachment - Operational Statistics and Highlights - March, 2022 7.2 Ontario Provincial Police Norfolk County Detachment - Operational Statistics and Highlights - April, 2022 7.3 Community Policing Committee Minutes - April 26, 2022

THAT Staff Report CAO-22-067 Appointment of Member to New Detachment Commander (Police Chief) Interview Panel be received as information; AND THAT Chair Santos be appointed to serve on the new Detachment Commander Interview Panel.

THAT Staff Report CAO 22-065 Regarding Police Services Board Budget and Auction Fund Bank Account be received for information; AND THAT the Board approve the closing of the Auction Fund bank account at the CIBC bank in Simcoe; AND THAT the transferring of funds to the control of Norfolk County to be set up in a designated general ledger account for the Police Services Board use as outlined in Policy NCPSB-02, or successor policy be approved by the Police Services Board; AND FURTHER THAT the Board direct staff to proceed with amending Policy NCPSB-02 Auction Funds to reflect the changes outlined within Staff Report CAO 22-065.

THAT Staff Report CAO-22-068 Existing Website Updates be received as information; AND THAT the Board approve the combining of the webpages that reference the Police Services Board, the Ontario Provincial Police, and the Community Policing Committee onto one webpage for efficiency purposes.

THAT the update provided by Teresa Olsen, County Clerk, regarding the Community Policing Committee Budget be received as information.

THAT the discussion regarding Speeding Concerns on Nelson St & Radical Rd, Port Dover be received as information.

THAT the meeting be adjourned at 10:46 a.m.
