That a temporary protection plan be developed for the existing masonry bridge and That a conservation plan be developed to provide direction on immediate, short term and long term a path forward to rehabilitate the existing masonry bridge and That a monitoring plan and procedure be established to enable conservation of the masonry arch bridge and That no plaque be installed on the new bridge and consideration installing a story board near or adjacent to the stone arch bridge. and That the reports come back to the Heritage Committee for review.
