THAT NCPL Report #23-10-04 be received for information; AND THAT the Board approve the recommendations to draw from the Operating Reserve Fund $29,000 to purchase replacement technology equipment.

THAT NCPL Report #23-10-05 be received for information; AND THAT the Board approve the recommendations to draw from the Discretionary Fund, $71,000 to purchase new initiatives technology equipment.

THAT NCPL Report #23-10-06 be received as information; AND THAT the Preliminary 2024 Levy supported operating budget estimate is approved as presented.

Schyndel THAT By-law 2023-04LIB being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Norfolk County Library Board at this Regular Board Meeting held on the 25th day of October 2023 be approved.
