THAT NCPL Report #23-08-01 be received for information; AND THAT the Board receive the resignation of Board Trustee Don Kearney-Bourque as Board Chair effective July 3, 2023; AND THAT signing authority for the Board, as provided to Board Trustee Don Kearney-Bourque as Board Chair, is hereby removed.

THAT NCPL Report #23-08-02 be received for information; AND THAT NCPL Board Trustee Kimberly Earls be appointed Norfolk County Public Library Board Chair; AND THAT the Board Chair is hereby authorized as a signing authority for the Board.

THAT the agenda be approved as presented.

THAT the NCPL Board adopts the Minutes of the June 28, 2023 Board meeting as presented.

THAT NCPL Report #23-08-03 be received for information; AND THAT Report #23-08-03 be approved as amended.

THAT NCPL Report #23-08-04 be received for information; AND THAT Report #23-08-04 be approved as presented.

THAT the Finance Committee bring forth different staffing models to the September Board meeting

THAT NCPL Report #23-08-05 be received for information; AND THAT the Board approve the recommendation as presented.

THAT OP-10 - Children Services Policy be approved.

THAT OP-11 - Young Adult Services Policy be approved.

THAT By-law 2023-02LIB being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Norfolk County Library Board at this Regular Board Meeting held on the 23rd day of August 2023 be approved.

THAT the meeting adjourn at 5:37 pm.
