That the Mayor’s Affordability Roundtable Committee hereby recommends that Norfolk Council direct staff to provide a report providing a review of “the current water and wastewater billing service contract with ERTH” including service levels and associated costs and provide a comparison to an in-house option in an effort to find efficiencies and cost savings.
