That report HSS-25-004 HNHC Ramsey Drive Build Service Manager Consent and Last Mile Funding Update be received for information; and That as the Service Manager, Norfolk County Council endorse the Haldimand-Norfolk Housing Corporation’s Ramsey Drive Build in Dunnville; and That Norfolk County Council accepts the Last Mile Funding from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in the amount of $2,300,000 to support the Ramsey Drive capital build; and Further that Norfolk County work with Ross & McBride on a contribution agreement with HNHC regarding the Last Mile Funding.
