Whereas there has been mutual agreement of the applicant and County staff that the current applications for OPNPL2022228 and ZNPL2022279 have been deemed incomplete; THAT upon the applicant’s withdrawal of the current applications for OPNPL2022228 and ZNPL2022279 that Council approve waiving the fees for the resubmission within 6 months of the complete application including but not limited to: revised and updated planning application, planning justification report, geotechnical report, renderings or survey sketches of the site, and related items in accordance with applicable Official Plan policy and past pre-consultation requirements.
