That application OPNPL2023137, affecting the lands described as 106 Brown Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, to amend the Norfolk County Official Plan to permit a special policy area to allow for the reconstruction of the existing dwelling in the Hazard Land Designation for a larger building be approved in accordance with Bylaw 6-OP-2023; and That ZPNPL2023138, affecting the lands described as 106 Brown Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, to amend the Norfolk County Zoning By-Law 1-Z-2014 to permit a special provision to allow for the reconstruction of the existing dwelling in the Hazard Land Designation for a larger building be approved in accordance with By-law 23-Z-2023 as amended; and Further that no public input was received for this application and therefore was not considered as part of the decision, as outlined in staff report CD-23-053.
