Presumably many properties in all classes have been reassessed through this process since MPAC last assessed properties in 2016. Please provide the number of properties in each class that have been reassessed and the total change in assessment value. Something that also shows the relative impact on tax bills in each class due to reassessment value would also be helpful (for example, if a house has not been reassessed since 2016, what is its tax bill vs. a comparable house that has been reassessed?).
