THAT the agenda be approved with the following amendments:  Amend Agenda Item 4.1. County-initiated Official Plan Amendment and Implementing By-law to streamline and delegate decisions on certain types of minor Zoning By-laws in accordance with the Bill 13 changes to the Ontario Planning Act, CD-22-093  Amend Agenda Item 4.2. Application ZNPL2022265 - 323 St. George and 327 St. George, CD-22-088  Amend Agenda Item 4.3. Applications OPNPL2022250 and ZNPL2022251 are proposing to amend the Official Plan by adding a Site Specific Policy to the existing ‘Agricultural’ designation of the subject lands and change the zoning from ‘Agricultural’ to ‘Rural Commercial, CD-22- 090  Add Agenda Item 4.5. Proposed Closure and Conveyance of King Street, Plan 48B; Windham, Norfolk County, CS-22-168

THAT Staff Report CD-22-093 for County-initiated Official Plan Amendment and associated By-law to streamline and delegate certain types of minor Zoning By-laws be received for information; THAT County-initiated Official Plan Amendment application OPNL-2022- 238 and associated delegation by-law to streamline and delegate certain types of minor Zoning By-laws BE APPROVED, as shown in Attachments B and C to Report CD-22-093. AND FURTHER THAT any comments received as part of the statutory public meeting process be considered in the decision on application OPNL-2022-238.

THAT Staff Report CD-22-088 for development application ZNPL2022265 be received for information; AND FURTHER THAT any comments received as part of the statutory public meeting be considered in a future recommendation staff report.

THAT Staff Report CD-22-090 for development applications OPNPL2022250 and ZNPL2022251 be received for information; AND FURTHER THAT any comments received as part of the statutory public meeting be considered in a future recommendation staff report.

THAT application ZNPL2022233, affecting the lands described Part Lots 1 and 2, Plan 31B Block 3, Geographic Township of South Walsingham, Norfolk County, to amend the Norfolk County Zoning By-Law 1-Z-2014 from Residential Hamlet with special provision 14.310 to Residential Hamlet, and from Hazard Land with special provision 14.310 to Hazard Land BE APPROVED, as shown in attachment C to Report CD-22-085, as amended; AND FURTHER THAT all public input for this application was considered as part of the decision.

THAT Staff Report CS-22-168, Proposed Closure and Conveyance of King Street, Plan 48B, Windham, Norfolk County be received as information; AND THAT any comments received as part of the Public Hearing meeting, in addition to those already received, be considered in a future recommendation staff report.

THAT the meeting be adjourned at 4:07 p.m.
