THAT the NCPL Board adopts the Minutes of the August 23, 2023 Board meeting as presented.

Schyndel THAT NCPL Report #23-09-01 be received for information; AND THAT the Library Board approve the report as amended.

Schyndel THAT BL-01 - NCPL Board Procedural By-law be approved as amended.

Schyndel THAT HR-07 - Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Policy be approved.

THAT HR-08 - Prevention of Workplace Violence Policy be approved.

Schyndel THAT HR-09 - Health and Safety Policy be approved.

THAT NCPL Report #23-09-03 be received for information, AND THAT the Board approve the recommendations for the 2024 estimated Levy Budget and Capital Budget; AND THAT the Board authorizes staff to seek Council approval of the 2024 Levy, Capital, and New Business Initiatives.

That NCPL Report #23-09-04 be received for information, AND THAT the Board direct staff to separate replacement and new initiatives technologies creating two separate reports for the next Board meeting

THAT NCPL Report #23-09-05 be received for information, AND THAT the Board approve the recommendations for the 2022 NCPL operating of $124,720.00 be closed out to the Library Reserve Account as per the Library Reserve Account Policy.

THAT By-law 2023-03LIB being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Norfolk County Library Board at this Regular Board Meeting held on the 27th day of September 2023 be approved.

THAT the meeting adjourn at 6:06 pm.
