That the minutes from the October 25, 2023 Norfolk County Public Library Board Meeting be

That subdivision application 28TPL2023294, affecting the lands described as Part of Lot 13, Concession 9, municipally known as 1910 Turkey Point Road, Norfolk County be approved with conditions and plan as attached as Appendix C to Report CD-23- 013; and That all public input received for this application was considered as part of the decision.

That application ZNPL2023320 affecting the lands described as Part Lots 1 and 4, Block 26 and 42, Plan 189, Urban Area of Delhi, Norfolk County to amend the Norfolk County Zoning By-Law 1-Z- 2014 from Urban Residential Type 1 (R1-A)(H) and Urban Residential Type 2 (R2) to Urban Residential Type 1 (R1-B)(H), from Urban Residential Type 1 (R1-A) and Urban Residential Type 2 (R2) to Urban Residential Type 4 (R4) (H), from Urban Residential Type 1 (R1-A) and Urban Residential Type 2 (R2) to Urban Residential Type 4 (R4) (H) and to change the zoning from Urban Residential Type 1 (R1-A) to Open Space (H), be approved, as shown in Attachment D to Report CD-23-101; and Further that all public input received for this application were considered as part of the decision, as outlined in staff report CD-23- 101.

That Staff Report CAO-23-136 Council Appointment to Agricultural Advisory Committee be received as information; and That Councillor Columbus be appointed to the Agricultural Advisory Committee.

That By-Law 2023-76 being a By-Law for the Dertinger Municipal Drain receive a third and final reading.

That By-Law 2023-77 being a By-Law for the Lehi Municipal Drain receive a third and final reading.

That By-law 2023-90 being a by-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of Norfolk County at this Regular Council Meeting held on the 19th day of December 2023 be approved, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, and be affixed with the Corporate Seal.
